The lab, managed and facilitated by Dr. Line Friis Lindner and Dr. Katherine Flynn from ISEKI-Food Association, aims at co-creating novel and innovative communication methods informing civil society about food safety research and the risk assessment process.
More than 20 lab participants representing food safety authorities, the food industry and consumer associations will work together in an online setting, developing pilot ideas for novel communication methods to be piloted by food safety authorities, the food industry and consumer associations as project partners of FoodSafety4EU.
Stay tuned to learn more about the progress of the FSOLab4 activities!
The next workshop will take place on 8-9 November 2021.
