Risk assessment toolkit
The tool, co-designed by the FoodSafety4EU consortium, is intended for (food) scientists, students and other stakeholders who are interested in learning more about risk assessment.
The Toolkit for risk assessment is a Key Exploitable Result presented as a lay summary, indicating the methodology and how to apply it in practice.
The toolkit comprises two separate Excel documents: one standard format for chemical data collection and one calculation spreadsheet for risk assessment.
