Utilisation of photobacteria in checking chemical residues from process surfaces
Chemical residue testing based on light production from photobacteria is quick and easy to perform on-site and can be used to optimize the rinsing procedure after cleaning. It applies to process improvement targeting chemical contaminants in food.
It can be applied to the food chain processing stage of food products preparations, meat, dairy and fish products.
